Returns & Refunds
If you find it necessary to return an item for any reason, please fill out the form provided below.
Items being returned must be postmarked within 5 days after the receipt of the item.
All items must be in original condition.
There are no refunds for opened DVD's, CDs or for downloaded items.
CD's that are received damaged may be returned for a replacement. The CD must be returned within 5 business days and must be in the original condition that it was received.
If the above conditions are not met there will be a $5.00 CD Replacement Fee applied.
Return shipping charges are not refundable.
Please Note: There is a $3.00/child restocking fee for returned curriculum packages that include printed worksheets and a $2.00/child restocking fee for all other returned curriculum packages with materials included.
